It is so important that you have confidence in the people to whom you entrust such a special occasion. So we begin with a relaxed initial consultation where we can tell you a little about ourselves and what we do.
We then discuss the basis of your own ideas and wishes and any plans you may have already made. This helps us get a general overview of what you are looking for, your hopes and dreams and what is most important to you.
From there, should you choose to proceed with our services, we begin to work with you to find your ideal location, confirm dates and begin to plan and design your wedding.
We have a client questionnaire that we can either fill out together or you may wish to take it away to complete at your leisure. This does take a few moments of your time but it provides us with essential information about your wishes, your likes and dislikes and the areas that are most important to you throughout the preparations and for the day itself.
We collate suggestions of approx 3 suppliers in each area and discuss and arrange meetings with any that you may wish to meet or sample. We will attend these meetings with you if you would like us to where we will help you note pros and cons for each before assisting you in making your final selections. We will then confirm each supplier on your behalf (keeping you up to date at all times throughout the process). All final decisions are entirely your own, we are there purely to assist and guide you, to support you in whatever choices you make. We will not pressure you into any decisions or to use any specific suppliers.
We take no direct commissions or financial gain from any suppliers therefore remain entirely independent. Our loyalty and our interests lay with you and the requirements for your perfect wedding at all times.
We can provide you with lists of sample music, hymns, poems, readings, speeches and more to help guide you and achieve the end results that you dream of.
Working with you and your budget we will help you create that wow factor in the areas you feel you would like most emphasis on and show you ways to cut back on other areas without affecting the overall style, therefore maximizing the value of your overall budget.
We will take on as much or as little of the paperwork side of things as you wish, such as wedding lists, guests lists etc. For example the invitation mailing and RSVP stage is quite time consuming so you may wish to have all your RSVP’s sent directly to us at the office to be dealt with and managed by us on your behalf. You will be kept up to date and be provided with regular lists so that you aware of what stage the preparations are at, at all times. In our experienced hands, you can relax and enjoy the preparations.
We will then, of course, be there on the day to oversee the setup and ensure that everything runs smoothly and exactly as you wish.
