Wedding Consultants and Planners are more often than not considered and extravagance or luxury that is generally very expensive – This is quite simply a misconception.
We at Dragonfly Wedding Consultancy do not accept any commissions, instead we pass them on as generous discounts directly to you, our client. We also negotiate on all other costs where ever we can, saving you as much money as possible throughout the process.
Working this way, we often save our couples most if not all of our fees.
We charge approx 15% of your overall wedding budget dependant on the scale, requirements and level of involvement you wish us to have.
Countdown & On the Day Coordination: From £400.00 (without wedding day attendance) – £500.00 (with wedding day attendance)
On The Day Coordination From: £300.00
Venue Search: £150.00 without site visits | £250.00 inc up to 2 site visits
Supplier/Act sourcing: £80.00 per supplier or act | £280.00 x 4 suppliers or acts
Consultation meetings: £45.00 per hour (min fee of £45 applies and rates will be rounded up to the nearest half hour)

Please note we can also help you with certain individual stages of your planning process such as managing your guest list, mailing invitations and rsvp’s (these can be sent direct to our office if required) or supplier sourcing and researching, for ease of budgeting for yourselves in most circumstances these would be charged at an hourly rate of £45 per hour but please call or email with your requirements so we may provide you with a more accurate fee.
